      Preparation

      Surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free of any contamination that may interfere with adhesion. Remove all loose or peeling paint and chalky residue. Sand edges of any remaining paint film until smooth. Ensure the moisture content of the substrate is a maximum of 12% prior to painting.
      Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960 paint surface as they may contain harmful lead. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
      New concrete, masonry and other related surfaces must be cured at least 30 days before painting. Remove all existing mould and mildew before painting.

      Application

      Shake or stir well before using. Apply with synthetic bristle brush, roller or sprayer. For airless spraying, use a .017” tip and high-medium (2000-2500 PSI) pressure.
      Apply when air and surface temperatures are between 5°-32°C and humidity is less than 85%. Avoid painting in direct sunlight and maintain a “wet edge” to avoid lapping.
      Do not apply if temperature is likely to fall below 5°C during the drying time.

      Care

      Clean application tools, spatters and
      spills immediately with White Spirit. Follow equipment
      manufacturer’s directions to clean spray equipment,
      remove dried product with White Spirit.

      Delivery

      We have a range of delivery options to ensure you receive your DCO order when you need it. Our super quick standard delivery option delivers within two working days but can often arrive sooner! We use DPD to ship items from our warehouse so you will be kept up to date with delivery time scales and you can also leave safe place requests if you won't be available for the delivery.

      Standard Delivery £5.95 (Free on orders over £60) Arrives in approximately 2 working days when ordered before 2pm (excludes bank holidays). Estimated date provided at checkout.
      Next Day Delivery (delivers between 8am-8pm) £7.99 (Free on orders over £100) Available on all orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will have a delivery date of the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed Monday and will have a delivery date of Tuesday.
      Next Day Before 12 £12.99 Available on orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will have a delivery date of the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed Monday and will have a delivery date of Tuesday.

      Wallpaper Samples £0.99 Select 'Sample delivery' at checkout. Our team will ship orders same day for orders before 2pm, and they are dispatched on a 2 day delivery service. Please note tracking is not available on sample delivery service.

      If any part of your order is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be delayed at all, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the new anticipated delivery date. If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner. Larger orders may be separated into multiple consignments by DPD but these will all be delivered by your estimated delivery date.
