We hope you love your decorating supplies, but if you need to return them we will provide a refund or exchange for eligible products up to 28 days after purchase. A list of eligible products is provided below.

Arranging a return couldn't be easier, simply click the link below to access our DPD returns portal, where you can create a returns shipping label and select a local drop-off point for collection. Please note there will be a collection fee to pay for this service. Returns must be booked within 28 days of delivery.
Please ensure items being returned in there original packaging and secured appropriately with supplied inserts. Returns that are not packaged correctly or that are damaged may not be possible for us to refund.
In the event of receiving faulty or damaged goods, please contact our customer services team via sales@decoratingcentreonline.co.uk who will be able to arrange a collection of the goods, send out replacement items or offer an alternative solution.
Please make sure to attach images to the email of the damaged box with the DPD label in clear view as well as the damage inside the box for our records.
