Repair Care DRY FLEX 1 is a flexible woodcare filler that has been purposely created to be used on small areas of interior and exterior wood.

Suitable for using on a wide range of surfaces including window frames, doors, stairs and furniture, this permanent repair filler works through the filling of cracks and gaps in the wooden surface. Part of a super quick drying, 2 part component, the DRY FLEX 1, once cured accommodates the natural flowing movement of the timber providing excellent modelling qualities that does not slump or shrink over time.

Featuring a rapid drying time of 1 hour, the Repair Care DRY FLEX 1 is perfect for using on small to medium size wood repairs.

How should I apply Repair Care DRY FLEX 1?

To begin remove all decayed wood from your surface. Start off by dispensing the DRY FLEX 1 onto the Repair Care mixing plate with the EASY.Q dosing gun. Mix both components A & B together with the Repair Care Applicator Knife until it reaches a solid orange colour. Next, spread the mixed DRY FLEX 1 in a thin layer over the mixing plate and apply to your wooden surface ensuring that you remove any excess product immediately. What is the difference between the DRY FLEX 16 and DRY FLEX 1?

The main difference between the Repair Care DRY FLEX 16 and the Repair Care FLEX 1 is the drying times. The DRY FLEX 16 has a drying time of 16 hours and is better suited to larger projects where time is not a factor, whereas the DRY FLEX 1 features a super quick drying time of 1 hour and is ideal for using on smaller wooden repairs.
